Start taking First Step Herbal support on the first day of your period as follows:
• Five capsules twice a day
• At least two hours after your last meal (on an empty stomach)
• Refrain from eating at least 30 minutes afterwards
Continue taking the herbs until the pregnancy blood test, two weeks after the IUI.
